What Our Clients Say

  • A True Expert

As a physical therapist myself, I know good care when I see it. When I sustained a mild concussion mountain biking, Annie was the first person I called. I credit her expert advice and quick treatment for the fast resolution of my symptoms. There are many PT's who can treat post-concussion symptoms but, you WILL absolutely get better care seeing a PT (like Annie) who truly specializes in concussion.

  • Immediate pain relief and Improved overall mood

Annie has a very calm demeanor and immediately sets you at ease. Although she provides several services I only tried the dry needling. I would HIGHLY recommend it as a treatment for chronic pain. I could instantly feel the difference in my right shoulder during the treatment. By the next day, there was a little bit of soreness in the area as expected, but there was even more improvement and better mobility. I honestly felt like a different person when I left, the relief was immediate for me and it greatly improved my overall mood. You will be amazed with how quickly you will feel a difference. My advice- don't endure the pain and give dry needling a shot. You won't be discappointed.

  • Helped our son when other doctors couldn't help him

Annie helped our son recover from his concussion symptoms. We were at a loss, our son suffered a concussion and was experiencing headaches, fatigue, and dizziness along with other symptoms months after his concussion. Doctors and other therapists couldn't figure out how to help him. Annie was wonderful and we credit her approach to treatment and physical therapy for getting our son back to enjoying the activities he loves. Thank you so much!

  • Item descriptionConcussions are a functional injury and cannot be seen on imaging. With a concussion your neurons get stretched and sometimes break causing a neurometabolic cascade that disrupts communication between the neurons and the brain. This damage causes the different areas of the brain to not communicate effectively which leads to functional impairments. A concussion is best diagnosed using functional tests and then treated based on each individual’s impairments.
